Delivery

FedEx Priority Overnight on our dedicated jewelry account, with declared coverage locked at the total of your order rather than the carrier’s standard limit. Above that carrier layer sits our jewelers block policy, underwritten at Lloyd’s of London, from the moment the piece leaves the atelier until it is signed for at your door.

Each piece is sealed on camera with tamper evident tape. The outer box carries no jewelry reference, and the shipper reads as initials only. An adult signature is required on every delivery. There is nothing to add at checkout.

Payment

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

• Bank wire is accepted at every level; instructions arrive with your order confirmation.

Payment is by bank wire, and the build begins the day the wire lands.

Your commission is handled by our private client team, with one of our gemologists on it from the first conversation through the one year inspection. Delivery is scheduled with you to a date, or held for you at the FedEx location of your choice. The appraisal and the IGI report travel with the piece, and your diamond is logged to you at the atelier from the day the order is placed.

From $100,000

Above $100,000 the carrier ceiling no longer applies, so the piece does not travel by carrier. It travels by armored courier, hand delivered to you by appointment, to your home, your office or your bank, and released only to you with identification. It is insured door to door under our jewelers block policy at Lloyd’s from the moment it leaves the atelier until you sign.

Payment is by bank wire. The diamond is logged to you at the atelier the day the wire lands, and the bench begins only on your written approval of the CAD.

Before the piece ships, you receive the appraisal and the IGI report so your insurer can bind coverage from the hour of delivery. We are approved directly with Jewelers Mutual and BriteCo and make the introduction.

After Delivery

For daily wear we recommend a personal jewelry policy from day one. RockHer is approved directly with Jewelers Mutual and BriteCo, and the appraisal and IGI report are what either needs to schedule the piece. Every commission returns to the atelier for a complimentary inspection at one year.

International

We ship worldwide, fully insured, by the same standards. Duties and taxes assessed by your customs office are the responsibility of the recipient. Above $100,000, international delivery is arranged with you individually.

Verified Service Recognition

Active and retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces, the National Guard, Reservists, police, fire, first responders, medical workers and teachers receive preferred pricing on settings with verification through GovX ID at checkout. Certified diamonds are excluded. If GovX cannot verify your status, write to info@rockher.com and we complete it by hand.
